Mae Day Marketing – Social Media Takeover Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ The competition runs from 5th March to 2nd April 2025. The winner will be announced on 3rd April 2025.

2️⃣ Open to UK-based businesses only. However, the business must be based in and actively trading from Norfolk to qualify.

3️⃣ To enter, participants must:
✅ Like the official competition post
✅ Share the official competition post
✅ Follow Mae Day Marketing on social media
💬 Commenting on the post with your business name and why you’d love to win will earn an extra entry!
👉🏻 If you’re commenting from a personal account, be sure to tag your business name so we know who you are!

4️⃣ The competition is running across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. One winner will be selected at random from entries across all platforms.

5️⃣ The winner will be contacted via direct message. If they do not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

6️⃣ To be eligible, businesses must:
✅ Have at least one existing social media account (if you don’t have one yet, you may create one before accepting the prize, but setting up an account is not part of the prize).
✅ Already be trading, with a logo and a clear business offering.

7️⃣ The Social Media Takeover Package (valued at £600) includes:
• 1-month social media strategy and management
• 4-week content plan
• Around 15 high-quality posts (graphics & copy) – the exact number will depend on the start date, but a full month’s worth of activity is guaranteed
• Personalised photoshoot (location-dependent, date to be agreed)
• Follower & engagement growth strategy throughout the month
• End-of-month debrief with insights and guidance for ongoing strategy management

8️⃣ The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

9️⃣ The winner may request an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) specifically covering access to their social media accounts and sensitive business information, should they want the full package which can include scheduling and insight gathering from their social media profile pages.

🔟 The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the competition, including but not limited to being featured in Mae Day Marketing’s social media, website and marketing materials as the winner.

1️⃣1️⃣ The winner will be announced across all of Mae Day Marketing’s social media accounts, tagging the winning account to notify them. To claim the prize, the winner must contact Mae Day Marketing by any reasonable means within 14 days of the announcement. If no contact is made within this period, the prize will be forfeited and Mae Day Marketing reserves the right to withdraw or reallocate it without further notice.
